Welcome to UpCentro (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting your information as talent or a hiring company, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


UpCentro operates as a remote-first recruitment and talent matchmaking platform specializing in Eastern European professionals.
Our services include:

  • Talent sourcing and vetting
  • Candidate–company matching
  • Recruitment support and coordination

We do not provide employment contracts, payroll services, or legal/HR advisory unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.


By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to hire or contract talent.
  • All information you provide about roles, compensation, and company details is accurate.
  • You will not bypass UpCentro by contacting or hiring anonymized candidates directly.

By submitting your profile or CV, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is true and accurate.
  • You are legally eligible to work remotely or as a contractor in your country.
  • You will not contact UpCentro’s clients directly unless introduced by us.

Fees for companies are charged based on the final agreed percentage or structure (e.g., contingency fee, retainer, markup for contractors, or conversion fee for temp-to-perm roles).
Payment terms are outlined in the proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.

Failure to pay within the specified period may result in late fees or suspension of services.


Unless otherwise stated, UpCentro provides a standard 60-day replacement guarantee for full-time placements.
A replacement is only offered when:

  • The candidate resigns, or
  • The candidate is terminated for performance-related reasons.

This guarantee does not apply in cases of:

  • Role changes
  • Company restructure or layoffs
  • Misconduct unrelated to hiring
  • Unclear expectations or lack of onboarding

One free replacement is included unless specified.


To protect our business and candidate confidentiality:

  • Clients agree not to bypass UpCentro by hiring or engaging any candidate introduced by us for a period of 24 months from the initial introduction.
  • Talent agrees not to bypass UpCentro by contacting or contracting companies introduced by us directly.

Violation of this clause may result in a fee equal to the full placement fee owed.


UpCentro anonymizes candidate information for early-stage screening to protect talent identity.
We share personally identifiable information only after mutual interest is established.

By using our services, talent agrees to the secure processing of their data for recruitment purposes.
We do not sell or share data with third parties unrelated to the hiring process.


We do our best to verify information, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Candidate performance or outcome
  • Completeness of profiles/CVs
  • Accuracy of client job descriptions or commitments

Companies and talent are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.


You agree not to use our site or services to:

  • Violate laws in your jurisdiction
  • Harass, defraud, or mislead others
  • Upload harmful content or malware
  • Misuse candidate or company data
  • Reverse-engineer or copy our processes

All content on this website — including brand assets, text, visuals, and processes — is owned by UpCentro and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.


UpCentro is not liable for:

  • Employment disputes between candidates and companies
  • Losses caused by performance issues, delays, or communication gaps
  • Decisions made by companies or talent based on recommendations
  • Damages arising from website downtime or technical issues

Our liability is limited to the maximum amount paid for the service in question.


We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
